Chairman of the Audit Committee (ČEZ)

Otakar Hora studied Economic Information and Control at the University of Economics in Prague, where he later worked at the Department of Accounting. In 1991, he joined KPMG Czech Republic Audit, becoming a partner in the Audit Department in 1993. Over the years, he took on responsibility for audits in the energy sector while also overseeing the operational management of KPMG Czech Republic. Since 1996, he has been the Chairman of the Audit Committee of ČEZ, a.s., and a year later, he became the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ČEZ for one term. He is a member, deputy chairman, and chairman of audit committees in several other companies. Since 2019, he has also served as a member of the Disciplinary Committee of the Audit Oversight Board.
