Multiple participants discount
For the third and any other participant from the same organization a 20% discount off the relevant conference fee will be applied (only if attending the entire conference).

CANCELLATION FEES
Cancellation at no cost is acceptable in written form no later than 10 working days before the conference starts.
Cancellation 9-5 working days before the conference starts will be charged 50% of the conference fee.
Cancellation 4-2 working days before the conference starts will be charged 70% of the conference fee.
Cancellation 1-0 working day before the conference starts will be charged 100% of the conference fee.

ACCOMMODATION RESERVATION

Payment will be made in the hotel upon arrival. Your credit card deatils will be required to guarantee the reservation.
By entering your personal data in the reservation form you provide them to the hotel. The hotel holds the right to provide the Czech institute of Internal Auditors with a list of participants (name and surname) who already booked their accommodation.
PARKING
Price for parking is 350 CZK/car/day. The parking lot capacity is limited.
CANCELLATION FEES:
If the reservation is cancelled between 7 days and 48 hours before departure the cancellation fee will be equal to the price for 1 night.
If the reservation is cancelled between later than 48 hours before departure the cancellation fee will be equal to the price for the whole stay.
CAUTION
- No food/drinks brought from outside can be consumed in the premises of the conference hotel.
- In your own interest do not leave your personal staff unattended in the premises of the hotel (expecially IDs, cash, valuables, portable technical devices etc.). If needed, ask the concierge to deposit them safely.
