INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE IN PRAGUE 21-22 MAY 2025

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

On behalf of the Czech Institute of Internal Auditors Board, I am delighted to invite you to the international conference INTERNAL AUDIT THEN, NOW & HEREAFTER which will take place on 21–22 May 2025 at the Orea Hotel Pyramida in Prague.

Throughout the conference, we will celebrate the remarkable 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Czech Institute of Internal Auditors. You can also look forward to a grand evening gala at the elegant Lobkowicz Palace at Prague Castle.

As the conference title implies, we will first reflect on the development of our profession over the past 30 years. We will then focus on current challenges and innovations, including the transition to the new Global Internal Audit Standards, as well as the influence of artificial intelligence, digitalization etc. Additionally, we will explore new trends, foresights, and visions shaping the future of internal auditing.

You can expect to hear from leading experts from the Czech Republic and other countries. Best practices for the effective evolution of internal audit and its advocacy within organizations will be shared through presentations and panels. The conference targets not only internal audit professionals but also their clients and related professions.

You will have the opportunity to meet colleagues from various countries and, exchange contacts and share information or experiences that can contribute to your professional development.
